water leak

I have a 2010 Passport UL the slide out has started to leak water and drips from the bottom of the couch near the foot of the bed. If i lean the couch forward and look behind i can see a small wet spot on the frame that the couch is bolted to. the wall is all dry and it is not coming from the window unless its leaking from the window seal on the outside and running inside the wall and collecting there. any ideas?

seems to leak in or out that doesn't make any difference. I did re caulk the L channel that is exposed when the slide out is extended. I think I may pull the window out and inspect to see if i can see anything that could be causing this leak

I’ve heard of screws in the side of the slides causing issues too.
