Damp Basement

Hello all,

I have been getting the unit ready to start heading out this season. I uncovered it last week and when in the unit. Everything was dry and in good shape! Today I was working in the basmement compartment and I noticed my carpet was a bit damp. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I again went through everything above the basement and that was dry.

Any ideas out there?
The unit is a 2008 Sprinter 311 BHS.
