Basement pass thru floor

Well after a plumbing leak a while back that we repaired. We tried to mop up all the water we could and later noticed soft spots in the pass thru floor. Finally had time to tear into it recently. Apparantly since the darco wraps around the bottom and fiberglass insulation lays between that and the OSB flooring with linoleum glued to the top of that. It was never able to completely dry out. Then with the floor installed to the frame before any walls are installed I had to dig deep to get all the old rotten OSB out! Removing the aluminum framing for the utility wall towards the rear and the front pass thru wall. Once those were removed I carefully pulled all the staples from the darco fabric I was able to access all the screws holding down the OSB to the aluminum framing for complete removal. Then removed all the old waterlogged insulation. Once all the darco was cleaned and dried I added a layer of reflectix then fiberglass insulation then replaced the OSB with advantech sub floor. Hopefully this will last...

Water damage is probably my biggest fear. Congrats on what looks like a very high quality repair, especially if you on the road full time.

Thanks! fortunately with the pandemic craziness we're st the in-laws farm where all my tools are so that helps!

Thanks! Mess is right, thought about replacing all the pex fittings with brass and the cheap plastic hydraulic lines, but where do you draw the line???

The front wall had some damage on the lower corners so I peeled back the carpet, cut out the bad corners, doweled glued and clamped in new pieces. You have me thinking now.....
Last month I removed the back wall in the basement of my 2014 300MP and I noticed movement in the floor as I was kneeling on it. I think I even heard the wood crack one time, not 100% sure though.
This trailer is new to me so I don't have a clue if there was an issue or leak, but I'm definitely thinking I will have to do this same thing to mine some day soon.

Forgot to update what I did to the wet bay drain to make sure water doesn't get in to the pass through again. I used polyflex and flex shot to seal it all up.

I was into my water heater area yesterday securing a noisy water pump because the Rubber mounting had worn out. I checked all the lines It pays to do the never ending PM. That looks just like my impact from the inside and out.
