No water to water heater

I am not getting water to my water heater. Things I have done: removed guts from check valve on outlet of heater, drained tank, played with the bypass valve, pulled the cold water inlet line off to check flow of water to tank. Nothing has worked I don’t know if the bypass valve is bad or not. It will let the cold water got through the hot side but when shut it I still don’t have water to my tank? Stopped working in a cold front but all pipes as far as I know never froze between running furnace and an infrared heater in the storage area where water connects to camper.

When you put it in bypass do you get water out of your water faucets?

No more than it cost I'd replace to hot outlet check valve with a brass one, if not already brass, & be sure it's threaded in the correct direction.

I'm unclear if the water is getting through the bypass valve when activated and getting to all the faucets but after re reading a couple of times maybe it is??

If so it sounds like either a bad bypass valve or some kind of blockage on the cold water feed side of the water heater. Can you unscrew the line into the tank with the water off, put a bucket or something under it, have it in bypass then turn it on for the water heater. If you get nothing then you know that's your culprit.

Found the problem

The water line coming from bypass valve to water heater had frozen 🙄 was finally able to trace it. I have rerouted it to where it’s with all the other waterlines and can be heated easier to keep it from freezing.
