Emergency Window Screen Clips

Hi everyone, my girlfriend and I just got our first trailer and we are learning all kinds of new stuff. We got a used 2018 Hideout 178LHS.

Everything looks good so far and it even has a roof AC.

The emergency window screen was off when we got it and I can’t seem to figure out how to attach it. There are two little retainers in the bottom of the window sill but nothing on top. Can anyone lead me in the direction of how to attach the screen or what clips to buy for the top?

It is the kind of exit window with the long arm that comes in and turns to lock into a retainer. The screen has a red knob for quick removal. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum

If you look at the frame of the screen, is there two slots for 2 more of those clips?

If so you might find replacement clips:

This is one place.

The clips just attach to the window frame so I guess I can have as many as I want. There were two on the bottom. Today I put one on the top and one on the bottom and it held so I guess I’m good for now. They are pretty short so I didn’t think one on top and one on bottom would hold.

Thanks for the link. I didn’t see any that were like the ones I have.
