Rain. Minor question.
Brought the trailer home, it’s opened up, I’m loading it up and it’s raining…going to be raining a good 36 hours, about the time I have to pull the slides in…trailer’s 4 years old, rubber around the slides is fine, do I need to worry about bringing in wet slides and then running down the road?

I would get some big beach towels and wipe off the tops of the slide after retracted, then head on... toppers would just about eliminate this process, and No I don’t have toppers.

If you can't reach the entire surface you can use a broom to move the towel araound.

We have packed in a full blown Gale on the Oregon Coast, just brought them in slowly and let the wipers do their job. We have also packed up in the rain often as we are in the PNW.

Looks like there's a good dry stretch this afternoon, but it was something I wondered about....we also have the occasional snow to be dusted off...I figured the trailer could tolerate SOME moisture...but we've all heard the dreaded 'soft floor' stories.

The wipers seen to do a good job on the sides. I have a topper and not much water gets on that. Where the wipers miss the mark is WINDOWS. I wipe the sides down mainly from the dripping water off the side windows.
