364BHL Awning failure

2020 364BHL delivered in March awning tearing away from mounting track on the unit.
Not looking forward to the warranty BS. Anyone else have this happen?
BTW Every Time it opens it tears more

Is the fabric tearing, or is the bead (gimp) coking out?

Extend the awning all the way, take a picture of the tag and the tear. Send them to the awning maker and ask if they can send a replacement fabric. I wonder if your dealer isn’t trying to push it out and make it customer pay, not warranty. Warranty labor is much less.

Send Lippert the pics and see if they can send a fabric. It’s not that hard to replace.

UPDATE
Contacted Lippert and they where very nice however it has been determined that the awning was not installed correctly. Keystone left out one of the screws that hold the awning "rod" into the track. The good news is the awning isn't damaged, The bad news is I still have to mess with the dealer or try to repair myself
