You most likely have some toilet paper or something in the valve that is causing you some problems. Pretty easy to pull it apart and check. Here is a YouTube video that shows how easy it is.

Are you asking how to "clear the screen" or get rid of the ads that appear at the top of the pages? If so, the rotating ads have been incorporated into this program and cannot be removed by the members.

In any case, I'm not clear on what you mean by "clearing the screen".

Frankly, I wouldn't spend much time trying to "repair" the cables, but rather replace them. They are available online or at your dealer/rvparts store and the replacement is a pretty straight forward remove and replace. Keystone likes to use the Bristol valves and cables, but Valterra valves and cables are a direct replacement.

The ads that appear at the top of the page are there all the time. If you click on an ad, a new page or screen will appear that advertises the product or service. To get rid of the ad page/screen, click on the red "x" of the tab that has the name/title of the ad on it. Clicking on the red x should get rid of the advertisement and bring you back to the forum.
Note: This is the procedure if you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.

NOT ON THIS!!! They had to rip mine apart again... first time the cable was routed around pipes and stuff. Dealer fixed that without checking the blade valve.. NOW they want me to pay 400 for this...It is not a badly lubed cable, but a toilet paper issues caught on the blade due to their lack of doing it right the first time...

Toilet paper caught on the blade valve is NOT a warranty issue.
