Ducted a/c problem

Just bought a Bullet 287QBS with ducted air and there is no air movement from the front 2 ducts, in front of the entry door and over the front bed. What would be the problem here? A unhooked duct? Anybody had this happen?

Either the duct is unhooked or blocked. I have not seen it but have heard from time to time that it was an issue. Can either bring it in under warrenty or since it is camping season, see if you can get in there and fix it. Here is hoping it is an easy fix.

Remove the interior AC shroud (4 screws). Check the plenum to make sure outlet the front duct bank isn't restricted. If ok there, use a small mirror and flashlight and you should be able to perform a visual inspection of the entire duct run. If it is collapsed or obstructed, you should be able to see and fix it.
Have you removed the ceiling vent louvers and made sure the openings are sealed well so cold air isn't entering ceiling cavity?
These are things I would check.
