My routine

Once a month routine I do to keep down the RV gremlins‎

We have it out by our shop hooked to a 50amp so power is always on.

I run my generator at load for maybe 20 min or less.
Run the rear AC to make sure it works. The front AC stays at 85 to keep the rv some what cool in the summer.

Open and close all door's and windows to keep the seals from sticking. Also once a year give them a coat of Armor All to keep them from drying out.
And run the slide rooms in and out.

Check for water leaks and take a look at the roof.

I turn on the propane and light the stove and oven.

Also I run the fridge on propane for a bit to make sure it will change over from power to propane when needed.

And also check the air in my tires.

Great advice. I have a tenancy to use the fridge and water heater on electric all the time and I need to start running them on propane on occasions. Thanks I will add this to my check lists.
