I've never used one, either.

Why do they sell them? Because people can be convinced to buy them.

I bought one about 17 years ago ..... put it on for one winter ..... then I realized that it made a great storage bag for my BBQ and that has been it's job ever since. I don't see any need for one either.

Hmmmmm Why buy an A/C cover? Just use the mattress cover you took off the mattress when you bought the gelfoam mattress pad

Oh? You didn't have a mattress cover? Oh well, might as well just leave your A/C uncovered like the rest of us

Ha what kind of question is that? Only a fool would ask that. There's no use for an AC cover, no ones ever used one of those before.

...comedians

So first I'll say I don't use one either, but I like to offer a possible benefit to the use of one The UV rays from the sun will make the AC shroud cover briddle over time.

The use of this cover sould extend its life. I would recommend just waiting and replacing the shroud when it becomes brittle in 5-10 yrs. That cover will wear out before your shroud does basically.

Don't waste your money.
