Another disadvantage to 76psi limit is that if you were to someday go to an E rated tire on your RV, most of them have a 80 psi rating. This would render the Orange TPMS useless.

I agree. I do wish the P409S had a higher pressure limit.
That said, the decision to upgrade to LRE shouldn't be done without a lot of thought. Case in point, my particular LRD's have an 1805lb average load. According to the table, the pressure should only be ~37psi. So at the 65psi I'm running them at currently, I'm already 28psi overpressurized. Imagine if I went to LRE at 80psi--wooden wagon wheels would be better! Besides, my tandem axles are only rated for 4400lb each. A pair of LRDs at 5080lb already provide the recommended 15% buffer.
The general consensus is to run trailer tires at their full sidewall pressure, but I plan to discuss this issue with RVSEF when I get my wheels individually weighed in Gillette this June. Apparently exceptions can be made.

I bought a tire minder setup, easy to use. I have gone on 2 trips already and it was working flawlessly, at the lights I scrolled through the tires on the TT and could see the slight pressure and temp differences. Great product great battery exchange program also.

Diugo. I have the flow through sensors on my daully with rubber short stems. the tires are well balanced. yes I do know how much cintrifical force is one the stem .... never had an issue. the camer has metal short stems and the dually will get them at the next tire change but two years evryday use on the truck no issues.

I think if anyone knew the actual centripetal force on a 0.8oz flow-through sensor at 65mph, they wouldn't be using rubber stems. The force is 112 G's--imagine a huge six-pound picture frame on a wall, hanging from the end of a single flimsy rubber valve stem instead of a hook. Who'd do that???
So I'm not only getting metal stems, but 90-degree stems to minimize the shearing forces.
(I decided on the TireTraker, by the way.)
