Thanks Keystone!!

So when I bought my new Cougar from a dealer about 4 hours from the house, I noticed the spare tire on the back of the Fifth Wheel had no cover. I thought for sure it came as part of the spare tire option. Salesman said it didn't come with it. So When on my way drove it home. I had also noticed there was no tool or such to lower the rear stabilizers. No big deal, I emailed the sales manager about these items, he said they didn't have them and couldn't send them to me. Well I emailed Keystone warranty just to see if that was true, and they got back to me the same day stating that indeed those items should have been included in the purchase of the trailer. And they were going to ship them that same day. No hassle, No fuss. So I realize these are small items and it really is no big deal to me, but I thought I would ask. Now I hope they come through when I really have a problem..... But maybe that will never happen.
