Gray Water Leak

I have a 2018 Cougar 344MKS. A month ago I noticed that the cover under the front of the rig was sagging. When I pushed it, I could tell that it was holding water. I drilled a couple of 1/4 inch holes in the cover and the water drained.

I recently found water draining out of the holes I drilled in the cover. I noticed that the gray water was full but had not backed up into the shower. After draining the gray water, the water draining out of the 1/4 inch in the cover stoped.

Is there a vent in the gray water tank that could be leaking when the gray water tank is full?

Could be a couple of different things. The vent tube coming out of the tank is one possibility, you could also have a crack. You need to drop the underbelly, and then fill the tank as you watch it.

Keep your fingers crossed hoping for a crack on the bottom of the tank. I repaired our grey tank that had a crack on the bottom a bit over four years ago, and it’s still holding fine.
