Garmin 785

I just purchased a Garmin 785 and a BC 35 “wireless”camera for it. I have the furrian mount on the back of the rig. It’s not a true wireless because you have the camera that has a 3-4 ft wire with female plug end that has to plug into a maybe 10’ wire that includes the power connections and the flat mount transmitter. I temporarily hooked up on back of rig and left the transmitter back with the camera. The range is pretty good.
I’m wondering if anyone has this setup.
The wires will not fit into the furrian mount obviously so I was thinking of leaving the mount in place and taking cover off and drilling a small hole in baseplate of furrian mount and putting all the wires and transmitter in my overhead back wall storage cabinets. Neatly of course.
I just don’t see a way of mounting without having wires exposed unless I go this route
I wanted to incorporate gps and backup camera all in one for less dash clutter.
Does anyone have this setup ?
