King Bed Underlayment on an an Outback Trailer

Hi;
We have a 2012 Outback RS250 with a king bed slide out that has a plastic underlayment that assists with sliding the bed out (rolls out easier). The plastic has cracked and come loose in the front. Is there a way to replace this plastic or can we just paint the plywood that the plastic is glued to or does anyone have any other ideas. Thanks.
