2011 keystone sprinter, last year using the A/C it was dripping water inside the trailer out the bottom of the main vent, where is the drain located?

It drains onto the roof. Sounds more like the seal is loose. Take the ceiling cover off, you may have to remove the filter and a couple of plugs to get to the screws. Once the cover is off, look at the corners for a long screw that goes through a plate and into the A/C unit. It takes a 3/8" socket, tighten it down and see if that h lips.

Drain is located on roof under AC shroud. Four screws, remove cover. Likely the unit probably needs a good hosing and cleaning. I would go up on warm day with cover removed and AC running and you should be able to see the condensate water and why it isn't draining properly.
You could also have a bad roof opening gasket or the 4 interior bolts may need to be tightened. These tend to loosen over time.

drains on roof

I hadn't thought to ask this when I bought the 217EXP, so the AC drains directly on the roof and exits through the rain gutters?

Yes, just drains onto the roof.
