And that is exactly where Keystone puts many dealerships with their reimbursement rates for warranty repair. Is it any wonder why a "non-selling dealership" doesn't volunteer to repair any RV that rolls onto the service department parking lot?
Whether it's "right" or "wrong", it's the way almost every RV manufacturer runs their warranty department. Yup, the consumer is who usually gets stuck with the "$600 Dometic shortfall"...
