outside shower adapter

I'm new to the forum, so this question may have been asked, although I could not find anything, but I would like to be able to connect a hose to my outside shower connections. I purchased an outside shower stall, but the location of my outside shower is not convenient. Has anyone tried this or is there an easier way to do what I'm trying to achieve?
