fresh water problem

Please help. I have a 29 ft. 2003 Cougar 5th wheel. My problem is that while I'm hooked up to city water, my fresh water tank slowly fills up and spills out of the overflow. I have searched for a shut off valve without success. Does anyone know how to stop the fresh water tank from filling up while hooked up to city water?

There is a check valve in your water pump that has failed or has debris stuck in it. On some the valve is replaceable on others the whole pump needs replacement.
