Thanks for all the great advice on here. I’ve made a decision not to go with a towable.

Mom and I went and toured many many many fifth wheels and although I love the space, I’ve decided that I am truly a motorhome girl.

Between the expense of the fifth wheel I would choose and the tow vehicle needed to tow it The expense would put me in decent diesel pusher territory. For our current needs, I decided a large gas class A is the smartest and most economical choice. We have focused on a Jayco/Integra 36C, which has every single one of our boxes checked.

Thank you again for all the advice. the back-and-forth “conversations” is what truly makes the forums invaluable.

Congrats on your decision. Feel free to stick around, as your prospective new coach uses a lot of the same components and systems as other units. Besides it looks to me like your user name indicates your fondness for cats, and cat people are the best!!
