Water pump on outback 312bh

So we dewinterized our camper today and didn’t get to test everything when we bought it since it was winterized. We filled the fresh water tank up and turned the water pump on and nothing.....I didn’t even hear the water pump running. The fresh tank is full, all the fuses are good.

Is there a bypass somewhere that I need to adjust for it to work? Where is it located?

Any help would be appreciated, I’m hoping it’s nkt a bad pump.

Are you hooked to power at a campground? If not, is your battery charged? How do you know your fuses are good? A water pump, where the pump is not working at all, is usually caused by a dead battery, blown fuse, bad wiring, bad ground, or a defective pump

I have a bypass at the hot water heater and at the pump.
As for not hearing the pump, that may be a good thing if it's because it's a quality pump in an insulated location.
Look at the water heater from the indoor side and switch out the bypass. Hunt down the pump location and check it's status.

We are hooked to power. I checked all the fuses and breakers under the counter. Would there be a fuse for it elsewhere?

By turning on the water pump are you saying it didn't work because you heard nothing or because you turned on the water faucet and no water came out??
