Which length of power jack do i need

Looking at getting a upgrade for my 2011 255RKS sprinter. I have been looking into the power jacks and am not sure which i would need or how to determine if i want a 18" or 24" ? Any ideas ?

Thanks

I got the 24" simply because of one trip to the desert on a very sloped campground where my hand crank jack was maxed out and propped up on about a foot of blocks.

p.s. my sig picture is of the very spot mentioned.

I had a site like this once .. needed to add a bunch of 2x6 blocks under the foot to get it up high enough.... good point. I was only worried about it hitting the ground if i went that big while driving.

I also bought the 24 inch lift so that I wouldn't have to stack wood under the tongue jack anymore.

The 24" fully retracts. All the extra length is above the A-Frame.

Even with a 24, you might still need to carry a block. Some jacks will blow their fuse if you extend the full height.
