Husky Hitch Head replaced

When we purchased our Avalanche I decided to replace the hitch head on our husky 16K hitch. Replacement Head Assembly for Husky Silver Series 16K W 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw
Item # HT31326

The original hitch was purchased in 2003 when we traded a motor home for a fifth wheel.

The new hitch head has improved the towing - less chucking when going over bridges on the interstate and local roads. I think the old hitch head pivot points and hitch wraparound jaw were worn.
