wall track mounting

id like to add some tiedown strips to the walls in my rear toy hauler space.. how do you find frame or studs behind the flat wall to attach them to ....thanks. roy

A good, quality stud finder. If you have the time to wait, look around the outside of the exterior walls on a dewy morning. If the dew is heavy ( lot's of moisture) it will typically settle where the aluminum studs are, revealing their location.

Aluminum studs are difficult to locate with a stud finder. Also do not rely on the studs to being on any specific spacing like a home.

yes i saw a video of them making a side wall and it looked like a maze of tubing with foam in all the open spots except window openings. .. roy
