Keystone interior doors

Good morning all!
We have a 2018 Cougar 5th wheel and as I was closing her up I noticed that the bedroom door "finish' was peeling away from the surface. Now the edges look stained but the front and back of the door is a decal. I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem and if what was your solution. The bathroom door has the same material so it may be a good time to remove the doors and refinish them. Thanks in advance!
