LED lights over dinette and couch

Our Sprinter 5th wheel has four led can lights over the dinette and couch. One of them just went out. Now, I have replaced 10 other similar LED lights in this coach and they were all the same: two spring loaded wire retainers hold them in the ceiling by gripping the ceiling and holding the lights in place. The ones over the couch/dinette are in the slide, and have a bezel that unscrews. But the led’s are encased in what appears to be a single piece of plastic, and I can’t figure out how to get at it. They are nothing like the others I have replaced.

I don’t think you can change the LEDs, we have always replaced the entire fixture.

No, I was waiting to see if y’all knew what style/name/type of unit this was so I could order some and have them when I take it out. Looks like I will take them out now so I can have an idea what the unit looks like, thanks.
