Raptor Decals
I know the discussion has been there before, but any ideas where to find just the front decal for my 2014 M-410 Raptor?

You might check at Trekwood RV parts online, they have a pretty extensive list of parts for Raptors.
Well I checked online and you may have to call them.

Contact Keystone Customer Service for the name and address of the decal manufacturer. The decals have a 5 year warranty and Keystone has been very good at honoring the warranty (once it's identified as a warranty item).

Thank you, my local Keystone dealer told me to bring it by for a quick inspection to start the warranty claim.

Interesting. not aware of 5 year warranty on decals. when I called, mine starting to look like potato chips up there, they said it was only standard one year warranty. Be interested how it goes for you

I'm not sure about the 2013 Raptor decals, the brochure only states: "New Upgraded Graphics Package" but, starting with the 2014 models, the statement in the brochure was changed to read: "New Upgraded Graphics Package with 5 Year Warranty"
I can't tell you whether the 2013 "upgraded package" was warrantied for 5 years or if that started in 2014.
You can download the brochures on Keystone's website at: http://www.keystonerv.com/brochure-archive

I just got mine back last month from having the front decal replaced under warranty.
Keystone doesn't do the five year warranty, the decal company does. But it all goes through Keystone and they flip the bill for having it installed at a Keystone dealership.
My dealership actually had a to have a pro come install mine because they screwed it up 4 times. I turned it in the end of July and just received it back in Dec.
At first Keystone tried saying it was out of warranty but the brochure even said 5 years, so after I questioned that they said it would be taken care of. I just had to have my dealer send the photos and write up a ticket for warranty work.

Front Cap Decal
I reached out to Keystone about the decals on the front cap of my 2016 Kestone Raptor 332TS and was told there was no manufacturing defect. I have enclosed one of the pictures that I sent them. Any thoughts as to why they said it was not a defect.

Because your decals look so darn much better than my old Cougar decals?

Mine seemed more faded and all cracked like yours, did you talk to Keystone or a camper dealer?
I talked directly to Keystone when I did mine and the had me go through my camper dealer after that to get the claim and pictures done.

Just to update, the new decals that were just put on a few months ago are already peeling and cracking.
After they start looking real bad I'm going to pull them off and just have them painted back on next time. Wasn't worth the hassle of having them replaced, IMO.

When new decals were put on, did they apply clear coat over them?

No they didn't, after months of trying to install it and finally getting one to work after 4 decals they just had me come pick it up.

Raptor Decals
I purchased a new 2015 Keystone Raptor 300MP in April of 2015. The front decals are terrible. I was told there was only a 1 year warranty about a year ago by Pleasureland RV in St Cloud MN. After reading on this forum other Raptor owners where getting there decals replaced with a 5 year warranty. Went through the dealer again and talked to Keystone customer service and was told it would be covered. Now the Decal MFG Burlington Graphic will not warranty the decal because it was built in May of 2014 and the warranty was only good for 5 years from date of MFG. Who has ever heard of that. (pretty frustrating) This will be the last Keystone product I ever purchase!

I would contact Keystone again and talk to their CS reps about the decision from Burlington Graphics. While that "may be the official policy" I haven't heard of owners being denied help based on DOM. All the warranty items I've seen were always from the purchase date.
That said, I'm not sure I'd blame Keystone for something beyond their control. You might want to reference the initial complaint from a year ago, when you were told by your dealer that it wasn't covered. Their mistake should not be your responsibility. Someone, dealer, Burlington Graphics or Keystone "should" pick up the tab for this issue, especially since it was reported by you within the 5 year window.....

I do agree with you John but a little customer service and help from the manufacture would be greatly appreciated. I do plan to make a trip to the dealer in the next week.

From this answer I'm guessing that you think this forum is associated with the Keystone RV Company. There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page that it is not. To our knowledge no one employed by Keystone RV Company belongs to, nor reads this forum.

I am well aware this has no direct contact with the Keystone Company.
