How to's

Does anyone have a website, our you tube channel to suggest, or even something with a step by step on you how to to things on your Keystone (ie winterize, turn on furnace, manually crank slides if needed, maintenance on certain things). I am a visual learner so watching videos on how to do things helps alot or even step by step on instructions. When I search I just see salespeople selling my unit. I have read the user manual numerous times the RV dealer gave me, but nothing goes into detail. Since its 1st time using our camper i dont even know how to ensure hot water heater is ready. Or the furnace. Pah-Lease HELP we have had our camper and I still have know idea how anything but the tanks work!

Have you checked out the Keystone RV website ???

https://www.keystonerv.com/

Click on the "OWNERS" tab and it will open a page with links to Owner's Manuals, Videos and Advice, DIY Repair Program and a link to Find a Service Center. There are other links on the page for things not related to repair/maintenance as well.

Much of what you are looking for is either available on those links or at least, it's a beginning for you to build a foundation to maintain your RV.

Also you may want to consider hiring a rv service tech for an hour or two…have a list of things you want to go over…might be worth the money.

In the boating world you can hire someone to teach you how to operate the boat and go over the systems…don’t know if they have anything like that with rv’s but a decent independent service tech could def help

To answer your question, the answer is "Yes."

YouTube is full of videos.

Want to see how others winterize? Just type in the search box RV winterize and you'll probably get a hundred different videos with a different spin on each one.

Type in "Change an RV tire" and you'll probably get another hundred videos.

Type in, "RV water heater not working", sit back for several hours and just absorb all the information.

The list goes on-and-on.

YouTube videos helped me with hundreds of projects and unknown features, and "how to's" on all my campers.

Enjoy.

I've met Sean and Kristy while camping in the Tetons. Good folks with real world experience and some entertainment value as well.

Give these channels a try.
