Titan Flame Fireplace trouble
Last night I noticed a cold breeze coming from our fireplace. Turns out no matter what temp I set it on it just blows cold air. Noting else seems to be amiss, just cold air regardless of settings. Any ideas?

It sounds like the heating element isn’t working. Why is the question, do you have an owners manual with a troubleshooting guide?

Yes, the manual is mostly useless. It says if it's not working check the fuse. I've done that. Besides, if the fuse blew nothing else would be working. Everything works besides the heating element.

Intertek "Titan Flame" Full Recessed Electric Fireplace. It looks exactly like some Furrion models I've seen online researching this issue but it doesn't say that anywhere on our unit.

Ok, so you may have to remove the fireplace to do much more. Can you post a pic of the front, that way we can determine how it comes out.

If memory serves correct you will find a screw at each end of the slot on the inside, take those out and you can lift off the front. Then your looking for 4 screws in the frame.

Once you get that fireplace removed and get the cover off I would be checking the thermal fuse for that unit.. It has most likely failed and is easy to test with your MM... if it reads an OPEN across it then that is why you are getting no heat

I replaced my fireplace when it stopped working after about 6 years. The working parts are not serviceable by the consumer, and Lowes and Home Depot had alternatives. If you order for store pickup, there are no shipping charges. Amazon also had alternatives. I found that there is a wide range of quality in your choices. Just make sure the measurements of the wall opening matches the new fireplace. I opted to get a better brand-name fireplace, and it also had some nice new features that the old one didn't have, like a remote control and a digital thermostat.

Had exact same issue with a Titan Flame. Found issue was control board of which I obtained replacement board through local RV dealer and replaced myself. I don't remember the cost of the part but it must not have been bad or I would have replaced the entire unit.
