Welcome to the forum

Congrats on your new trailer. The dealer didn’t explain it during your walk through? Do you have an inverter or just a converter?

Suggest you put a signature on your posts. Click on UserCP above/left on each page and list year, make and model of camper and same for tow vehicle. Answers to your questions will have more context.

As far as your inverter, most smaller campers such as yours have a fridge that works on propane or AC voltage and will not have an inverter. Most have a CONverter which takes AC from a pedestal and it runs to the converter which in turn converts to 12V DC and also charges the batteries. You A/C unit and television, etc., are AC and this comes from a panel of circuit breakers. Overhead lights and such are 12V DC and come through the fuses in the same box. The CONverter will have a brown panel that opens on the inside of your camper and you will see circuit breakers (AC) and fuses (DC) in the box.
