Winterizing valve, if your trailer has one, will either be by your pump or in your convenience center. It's the valve to suck antifreeze into lines from tube that you stick into antifreeze jug.
Other possible reasons for pump running that I've experienced in past (in addition to ones posted by others)- leaking low point drain, leaking hot water tank.
you probably know, but, air has to be purged from both the cold line and the hot (incl hot water heater) else the pump will keep running. Assuming no leaks and plenty of water in freshwater holding tank, open both hot and cold faucets closest to pump until no air comes through, then work way through RV doing same to other faucets. Don't forget outside shower and toilet. Note: I usually do toilet last to minimize amount of water put into black tank.
