There are already quite a few threads on this topic. The search function will help you find them for more details and ideas.

The black tank needs to be pretty full of liquid before you dump. When you dump, use the flush liberally if you have one on your trailer. A splash of fabric softener in a few gallons of water before towing helps a lot, too. There is always the bags of ice down the toilet in a half tank of cold, cold water followed by a drive in the country.

Gray tanks are a bit tougher because you can't pour a bag of ice cubes into them. But you can flush them liberally and use the fabric softener.

mdthomas -

If you do a forum search, you should come across numerous posts/threads about tank sensors and various methods that our members use to keep them "clean".
After you find and have gone through these posts/threads, you are still unable to obtain any information, let us know and we will help you out.
Try typing "tank sensors" or "sensors" in the search box and see what you come up with.

Why, thank you, Azlee56. You are very kind.

Mdthomas, I could probably find this, but you can go up to the title bar just as easy and do a Search on "Sodium Carbonate". That post should help you. Also do a Search for "Geo Method". Now, the "Geo Method" has nothing to do with me. I bet it is actually "George's Method" but shortened. My "geo" is geology and geophysics, not related to tank cleaning ... Though some might argue that!
