Question Help to Dollywood TN

Does anyone know the hwy 441 South of Pegion Forge TN. I did a close up on my Trailer Life program and discovered about 30 12% or greater grades and what looks like some hair pin curves headed North from Augusta Georgia. We live in Statesboro which is due South of Augusta. Any recommendations are appreciated. Leaving next Tuesday after the Holiday. I'm pulling a 38 foot fifthwheel.

It's been several years since I was through the "Smokies" on Rt.441, and I wasn't towing anything, but from what I remember I wouldn't want to pull my rig through there. It's a nice drive if you're not towing.

If it were me I would go I-40 to Rt.411, take 411 to Sevierville, then 441 to Pigeon Forge.

That's just my .02 worth. Have a great trip.

Try Good Sam's Trip Routing Tool

Good Sam's trip routing tool will give you directions....many options to avoid certain roads. Results will tell you gas stops, hills and grade, etcc. Very good tool!

Lightbulb Thanks

Thanks Chris & Patty
I always forget about Good Sam's and have been a member for years. The only time I use it is when checking into a campground. Have a great weekend.

I hadn't been over the Smokies, but the other way I have been here or there around pigeon forge. I would think that would be the saner way!
