Problem with 2022 368mbi

We just got our 368mbi 3 months ago, camped once and today while plugged in at our home, the ac, water heater and water pump are not working. In addition the in command is acting up saying our tanks are full but they aren’t at all. Any suggestions?

You are "plugged in at our home", to what?
A 15/20 amp outside plug will not run your 50 amp trailer. At best you may be able to run one (120 volt appliance) at at time, and only if you are using a proper gauge extension cord. I only run the fridge the night before a trip to cool it down. If you have RV power at home take a look at your connections and fuses. Also incorporate a EMS or surge protection into your trailer connections.
The "In command" may be acting up due to low voltage. I believe your water pump runs on 12volt direct from the battery(s), check the battery(s), the on/off switch and any fuses connected to the positive side.
The tank sensors are notorious for false readings.
Looks like a nice trailer.
Good luck

Sounds like a battery issue. The a/c, and water heater require 12v dc for the control boards and relays. Check for battery disconnect or bad battery(s).
