Decal bubbling up
My decal is lifting up. What's the best course of action? Thank you.

Watch it and leave it alone. If you try to do anything with the sealant your probably going to damage the decal.

If it were my RV , I'd get a razor blade and cut just right above the sealant and press the decal back into place .

RV decals are glued on, and once it lifts you can’t reactivate the adhesive that I’m aware of.
It looks like ProSeal sealant, and from experience it doesn’t cut easily or “clean”, that’s why I recommended leaving it alone. I’ve seen too many units that I have had to end up removing the decal and sealant and then replace.

Thanks again for the response. I'll leave it alone. What should I do if it gets worse? Thank you.

Since your trailer is a 2021, you could ask for a new decal under warranty. The dealership may not use the same sealant, so it may look better. It’s your call, I’ve seen decals stay like that for years and I’ve seen some get worse.

Not keystone, your selling dealer.

Keystone, with only a very few "special situations" exclusively works all warranty claims through an "authorized Keystone dealer". You may be able to work with a nearby dealership that sells a different "Keystone brand" but usually, the only "source information for a warranty claim" must be processed through a Keystone dealer"....
Trying to "circumvent the process" typically causes not only frustration on the part of the owner who is sitting on the phone for hours "only to be told, Contact your dealer to start your claim".... At worst, it can lead to a complete denial of the warranty claim when Keystone tells the dealer, "We already have a claim against that trailer for decals and since it's resolved, no further claims will be honored" When in actuality, what happened is the owner called, someone documented that call in the Keystone contact log and didn't finish the rest of the message because they got diverted to a different phone call from a different owner wanting the same thing.... in other words, they didn't "finish the paperwork" and their system shows your trailer as "already repaired"...
Just cut out all the frustration and give your dealership a call. They may just ask you to send them a photo of the area and they'll handle it for you.... Or they may want to see the trailer to check all the other decals and get it all done at the same time.....
