Awning goes out slow and wont come in unless you hold the switch and someone helps it by turning the roller by hand t is 2 month old.any ideas what the problem! Is thanks.for the help

It could be a wiring problem, a grounding problem, a motor problem, and alignment problem or a improper installation problem.

If it's two months old, the problem is that the dealer hasn't fixed it yet... This is a warranty repair for sure !!!
