Draining Exterior Shower

I've blown down all the air lines and water heater in my 2015 Sprinter Fifth-wheel. Although I have never used the exterior shower, I assume that there is still water in the line to the faucet, right?

I cannot find an adapter for this quick-connect. I purchased a PF247007 (9-SA-PT-ADPT) on amazon that looked like it was going to fit, but it doesn't seem to. Here's a link to a couple of pictures of the connector. Can someone please point me toward the right connector?

Thanks

Never mind. It was the correct connector. I just hadn't been pushing hard enough, or the female part needed to be broke-free

Re: Draining Exterior Shower

In a pinch, this air hose fitting will work for blowing the line, but it will leak when using the shower as intended.

Good to see you found a solution to the problem. I'd have just gone and
plugged in the hose and gone about the blow-out from there ...

Re: Draining Exterior Shower

Didn't the trailer come with a hose or a connector. With the hose on while blowing out the rest of the system just open the faucet in the future.

No, unfortunately. It has the exterior connection but did not come with the shower itself or the quick connect. In any case the one listed in the OP works just fine, and can be used to connect a normal garden hose

There should have been one of these somewhere in your trailer...
