Bed tilted

I have a queen size bed and it tilts toward the slideout so my head is lower than my feet. Is this normal? Maybe the mount slipped on the plywood the bed is on, or maybe the slideout is sagging. Is this a common thing?

Not at all common. Is the slide going all the way out? Most will drop down into place when fully extracted, is yours doing that?

How level is it with the slide in and how level is it without the mattress. Look at it a few ways to see if you can see where the issue is.

Tilting Bed

I pulled in the slideout ad the bed had the same tilt. I looked it over and didn't find anything slipped or broken. The plywood on top of the bed is cut in half with the back half hinged. The only weird thing is there is a plastic cover under the hinged section and none under the screwed section. (the screwed section is the lower part). Maybe it has always been this way. I could just stack up 1/2" plywood under the screwed section until it levels up.

Ours is that way too. I do know that when we bought it from CW (used) they had to replace the bottom of the slide on this part as it had been damaged somehow. I think that when they re-installed the bed slide they didn't get it back to the same height/elevation that it had been and is supposed to be. I am debating about opening it up (the under bed area) and making adjustments. I have had a piece of 2" thick blue foam under the head of the bed for a year now. Please keep us posted on what you do.
