water in sliding glass door

we have a 2012 retreat and i noticed today after all the snow and rain that there was water in the inside track of the sliding glass door. we have never used the camper so im not familiar with it. does any one have any ideas whats going on and how to remedy this.

It probably is condensation from the winter. I'd dry it really well, put heat on the trailer for a couple of days and get the inside dry, then watch it closely. Chances are you'll only see moisture there when the door frame is colder than the moist air inside the trailer.

water in sliding glass door

we had a security stick in the door and i noticed it was wet . when i pulled the stick out the water went down .thanx 4 the tip on the condensation ill keep an eye on it.

The design of most metal-framed sliding doors will allow some water into the bottom track. There are drain holes in the track to let the water out. Perhaps they have become clogged or your "security stick" was blocking them. Hope this helps, Hank (Doors made from other materials will do the same but not as much.)
