2013 bullet premeir

I just purchased a 2013 Bullet Premier 30REPR travel trailer and pulled it home and stayed one night in it and everything worked fine. Woke up the next morning and the water heater was not hot so a trace it down to the fuse panel. When I opened the fuse panel the 2 main 40 amp fuses was blown and the circuit board looks burnt. The manual said this can be because of reverse polarity on the battery. So I check that and sure enough the dealer hooked it up wrong. So now the battery has charged up backwards so when u put a meter on it the positive is negative. So what all should I make the dealer replace because everything runs off the 12v and its one day old

Unlike many 12V setups, RV wiring to the battery is quite a bit different in that the black wire is positive (+) and the white negative (-). The white wire coming off your battery should go to ground. Is this the way it was when you checked it after reading the manual? If so, then it would have been wired correctly.
You might want to double check to see if, in fact, it was wired incorrectly. Just a thought.

The white wire was connected to the positive post of the battery and it is attached directly to the frame and the black was hooked to negitive

If it was wired that way, it was done incorrectly. I would contact your dealer, explain their mistake to them and request the dealer to repair any damage that was caused as a result of their error as well as replacing any items that are beyond fixing. If you are close, arrange with them for you to bring it in and let them assess the damage. If you haven't changed the wiring yet, I would take a photo of it and show it to the dealership's service department. Let us know how you make out.

I took all the pics all ready and texted them to the salesman. They are closed today but I will be on the phone with them first thing in the morn. The dealership is about 2 hours away and I would have to take off work to bring it. I hope they send someone after it because I have already miss 2 days of work purchasing it.

The dealership is delivering my trailer back to my house today. Said they replace the circuit board in my fuse panel and change a fuse in my refrigrator. Also said they went through everything and all works fine. I'm concerned about the long term effect and asked for a extended wArranty on the electrcal but keep getting ignored. So if you buy an RV from southern RV in Lafayette La, be sure and check how they hook up the battery.

Got it back and took it camping for the weekend. Soon as I got it set up was checking everything out and water heater was not working in gas or electric and the radio/DVD player would not come on There was also some deep scratches down the side of the trailer that they must of done when delivering it. So I guess they will be coming and getting it again.
