Sealant question from RV newb...

Hello all from a new RV'er.
I just bought a 2009 245RB and love it.

During the delivery inspection, I missed this seal crack on my lav vent, and just noticed it and want to re-seal it, if necessary.

I know that you have to use the same type of sealant (so I'm told). Is this correct, and if so, where do I get some?
Also, are the blackish spots on the roof normal, or is it mold or something?

Dicor self leveling rv sealant is the correct product to use. Black spots and mildew are normal if not washed regularly. A good scrubbing with a brush and spic/span will clean it up. A clean roof also helps minimize black streaks off of the sid a. I park my fiver under trees so I have to wash mine often. Occasionally, I will spray clorox clean up on the mildew areas when scrubbing, then rinse real well.
