I replaced the automatic breakers last year and a rubber boot was missing. That was where I was losing voltage. I don't have any voltage at red wires on module board. I never tested one before so I'll go through that again today. I put 12 V to motor and that is fine.

I am dealing with more than one problem, I got the AC to work but not the furnace yet. But I got a couple things going on here. I lost voltage at connection at breaker, thermostat was bad for sure and I do not have 12 at either red wire on module board. Going to retest board this morning. will update today.
