You can edit your own post but not other people's posts. If you quote a member, you can "edit that quote" within your post, but the original post will remain as the poster submitted it.
As for photos, you can remove the photos from a quote (or from your own post) by highlighting them and hitting the delete button.
You can edit a post to delete photos by clicking on EDIT, then "GO ADVANCED" (next to SAVE) and highlight the photos and click the delete button. Remember to "SAVE" your edit or the software will return it to your original post.
