2019 368MBI Blinds

The blinds in our 5th wheel are a type I’ve not seen before. They have a cord on each side attached to the wall beneath the window. In the beginning they were great, now some of them are loose and won’t stay up. I’ve tried adjusting them by tightening the cords but am not sure if it’s the correct method. Anybody have good info?
THANKS

Your doing it right. Whatever method you use to tighten the tension is the accepted repair.

Well, i had the same problem with my 2017 sprinter 5th wheel.
Ater some long research i was told the string (cord)in the blinds are cheap and only last up to 2 years. They start fraying and sometime you can't see it. Thats if they don't get used a lot.
You can go to u-tube and there are many DIY videos on how to change the string(cords)on them
Or buy new shades
Good luck, as i'm purchasing new shade with rollers on the top
Little spendy but in the long run i won't have to worry about them farying again.
