Bedroom AC acting strangely 3820FK

Hi, I’ve searched these threads but do not see anything similar. We have recently purchased a 2017 Montana 3820FK with the Dual Quiet AC package. The living room ac is working as expected. However the bedroom AC is shutting off after hours and will not cycle back on until we press the mode button on the thermostat to off then back to auto. If it were cooler I would say it was working correctly. But it has been over 95 degrees outside, the temp reads >75 on that thermostat and it will not click back on until we turn it off then back on. Any quick tips? Is this normal? Is it on some kind of timer or something? Any help would be appreciated!

Not normal. I’d check the RJ 45 connector from Zone 1 air conditioner ECM that runs over to Zone 2 AC.

Any intermittent loss of comm across the CANBUS from digital thermostat to Zone 2 Air unit... it gets its signal routed from Zone 1 Air unit can cause this issue.

The connections are located up on top underneath AC covers.
