drill droppings

We are constanly finding these things all over the trailer and sweeping them up. We have vacuumed under everything and where all the drilling went on. Now these puppys show up after bringing trailer home from storage today.. I think they are having babys....

Our Cougar is 10 years old and we still get some (especially in lights) after a long trip. The factory must save a fortune in waste removal by shipping scraps and sawdust out in the walls and ceiling of the trailers. I have yet to open up a new space that did not have some sort of scraps in it.

Our problem is sawdust coming from someplace over the microwave every time we move our 5er. And it's a 2012. Either they hid a lot of it or we have termites.

I find this on just about every trip on a 2011 camper.
after the first few trips, I found a round cut out like from a hole saw. wedged between the slide and floor.
always thought the slide was dragging then I found this one day while messing around and cleaning up the saw dust.

Wait till you really get into it then you will start finding neat stuff like partial rolls of chrome bubble wrap (insulation foil) and used up caulk tubes!
