Looking at it, I would keep the ramp door closed and locked for support. Then I would remove the square head screws that hold the hinge to the lower frame.
Slide that piece inboard and then maybe some additional support on the hinge rail. Then remove the screws for the plate on the door. At that point you should be able to rotate that hinge and see if the roll pin is drilled through. If it is, then a drift will allow you to remove it so you can push that plate inwards.
At that point the end and cap will be exposed and I'm betting there is another roll pin holding the cap on.
