to the forum from W TX! Lots of good folks and info here. We spend a few weeks in Branson every year and always make my obligatory trip to Springfield so I can spend some money at Bass Pro Shop........Branson has one as well but it doesn't compare to the granddaddy as I'm sure you are aware.

Thanks to both you!! Oh yeah sourdough not sure when the last time you visited but wait until you see the expansion being completed as we speak!! I had a friend visit from Colorado last year and he said he could spend hours if not days in the Springfield location! If anybody is into hunting, fishing or anything outdoors this needs to be on your wish list for sure!!

As a Memphian, I find it necessary to remind all you Bass Pro fans to schedule a stop this summer in the latest and greatest in Bass Pro productions. This will eventually be the "big dog" of all the stores, yes including Springfield, including a 100 room hotel. It is right on the Mississippi River and should be a great spot for a break on your planned trips.
