De-Winterizing

I am de-winterizing for the first time. Is it best to use the city water hook up or use the water holding tank to flush out the lines? Does it really matter?

I use the city hook up and the water pump as I want to get the antifreeze I got in the pump flushed out as well, than I drain the FW tank to get rid of any residual antifreeze that could be in there, follow that by sanitizing the FW system and go camping.

I use both and be sure to open the low point drains as they hold antifreeze as well.

I'll do both. I will first put water in the fresh tank, then dewinterize the system using the pump. When I unbypass the hot water heater, I'll use city water hook up to fill the hot water tank, then detatch, and use the fresh tank/pump to make sure everything's peachy.

If it ever stops snowing, that is.....
